Can I get a sample?
Samples can be received for free by DHL or shipping as per your request for product safety. Sample shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
Can you visit the factory?
We will be very happy to receive your visit, our factory is located in Boyolali, Central Java. If you are interested in visiting our factory, please specify the time and date for us to adjust the schedule for you. If you are using a plane, we recommend landing at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali airport which is 8 KM from our factory.
How to order

What is the minimum order quantity?
For coconut shell charcoal briquette orders, the minimum order is 18 tons or a 20″ft container. If your order is 25 tons, we recommend using a 40″ft container.
How is the Payment method
We accept payment via bank transfer TT (Telegraph transfer) to our company account. Our preferred bank is Bank Mandiri.
What is the shipping method?
We ship coconut shell charcoal briquettes from the ports of Tanjung Emas Semarang, Tanjung Perak Surabaya, or Tanjung Priuk Jakarta Indonesia. Shipping using Overhead Ship Load (FOB).
